BEAVERTON — Dr. Anthony Joseph Truszkowski, a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church, died Tuesday, July 15 in Portland of natural causes. He was 75.
Dr. Truszkowski was born April 10, 1933 in Milwaukee, Wisc., where he was raised, graduating from Marquette University Medical School. He married Georgeann Klosterman in 1960 and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and worked as a medical doctor until he retired from practice in 1988. In 1969, he moved to Portland. He was a past president of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Survivors include his wife; sons Doctor Thomas Truszkowski, Doctor Joseph Truszkowski and Timothy Truszkowski and four grandchildren.
A Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial were held at St. Cecilia. Remembrances may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Cecilia.
