To the Sentinel:
The shock and awe over sexual transgressions of politicians are pale compared to a war engineered by four men who never wore a uniform except for President George W. Bush — who used the National Guard to avoid combat in Vietnam.
A war, concocted by misinformation and lies has caused 4,000 deaths and 65,000-plus disabled among our brave military. Dead and disabled Iraqis number more than 400,000.
Long term war cost is $3 trillion and our national debt is now $9 trillion. This inept administration is destroying America in ways al-Qaida could never achieve. As we enter the war’s sixth year, where are the shock and awe?
