To the Sentinel:
Nowadays, when onlookers see horror they say (in defense of their lifestyle): “There is no God, else he would not allow this tragedy to occur.”
Conversely, true believers, the victims of those horrors, and those who love them, will say: “Dear God, please let us get through this,” for “in him we live and move and have our being.” If you believe the Christian God is just, then you logically ought to believe that he metes out justice. What justice God will mete out for this country’s turning its back on him in the killing of 50 million innocent babies, cannot help but be severe. We ought not to pretend there is no God when these horrors occur.
