To The Sentinel:
Now we’re in Lent, returning to God.
Now begins the second semester: a time of changes, of new beginnings.
This time in a student’s life at La Salle Catholic College Preparatory is full of clean slates, schedule changes, and for some, the dreaded junior research paper.
In some ways, this time called the second semester can be likened to the sacrament of reconciliation.
We struggle through hard times so bogged down that we have no time for anything else until we get to that clean slate when we are able to stop, relax, and begin again, now knowing how not to fall behind as we did in the past.
